  • Austenitic manganese alloys, producing tough, high-strength deposits that will workharden under impact. Used in applications with abrasion accompanied by impact, works best in Metal-to-Metal sliding applications.

Features

  • To be used on carbon and low alloy, austenitic manganese and austenitic stainless steels
  • Deposit is limited to four layers
  • Provides greater abrasion resistance than Wearshield® ABR or Wearshield® 45
  • Low dilution weld metal provides eutectic mix of chromium carbides and austenite with limited primary carbides
  • High alloy produces chrome carbides and austenite
