Item Details

  • STOODY® 2110 CTD 1/8" Dia X 14" Hard Facing Electrode comes in in a 10 lb Vac Pak and is suitable for build-up of austenitic manganese parts subject to high impact loading. Electrode is ideal for shovel pads, crusher rolls, hammers, shovel teeth, grate bars, carbon steel frogs, switch points and manganese rail. It is modified high chromium and high manganese steel that combines ruggedness as well as wear resistance. Electrode can be used on carbon steel or manganese steel base metal and there is no limitation on deposit thickness. Electrode offers excellent weldability with low spatter. It works on AC or DC reverse polarity.
