  • Bohler Welding 86 FN ENiFe-Cl 1/8" Dia Premium Ferro-Ni Nickel Alloy Electrode comes in a 10 lb box and is highly crack resistant. Electrode is ideal for joining and surfacing of lamellar gray cast iron GG10 - GG40, nodular cast iron GGG 40 - GGG 70 and malleable cast iron grades GTS 35 - GTS 65. It is normally used in applications like repair, construction and production welding. Electrode has a bimetallic core wire that offers high current carrying capacity and deposition rate. It has a stable arc and produces a flat seam without undercutting, particularly for fillet welds an optimal seam construction is achieved. Electrode features a smooth bead appearance and provides superior buttering characteristics on cast iron.
