- Lincoln Electric® Excalibur® Stainless Steel Stick Electrode of 1/8" is suitable for joining stainless steel to mild or low alloy steel. Electrode has a flux coating that renders smoother arc transfer in the flat as well as horizontal positions and a self-peeling slag for easy removal. Electrode has low carbon levels to eliminate carbide precipitation at high temperature services. Electrode provides smooth bead appearance welds with evenly spaced ripples and flat face. Electrode has Q2 Lot® certification that shows actual deposit chemistry and calculated ferrite number available online. It is associated with E309-17/E309L-17 AWS classification and conforms to ASME SFA-A5.4 as well as CWB/CSA W48-06 standards. It comes in a 10 lb easy open can.
