- Lincoln Electric® Excalibur® Stainless Steel Stick Electrode measuring 1/8" X 14" is used to join hard to weld materials and dissimilar steels. Electrode suitable for all welding positions except vertical down has flux coating that renders smoother arc transfer and a self-peeling slag for easy removal. Applications should be limited to 800°F, weld deposits work hardens and allows for good wear resistance. Electrode has Q2 Lot® certification that shows actual deposit chemistry and calculated ferrite number available online. It comes in a 10 lb hermetically sealed easy open can and should be used in accordance with SDS.
