- Lincoln Electric® Excalibur® Stainless Steel Stick Electrode measuring 1/8" X 14” provides good heat and scale resistance to 1,800°F. Electrode suitable for all welding positions except vertical down has flux coating that renders smoother arc transfer and a self-peeling slag for easy removal. Low heat input welding procedures should be used to prevent solidification cracking. High sulfur environments adversely affect the high temperature performance. Electrode has Q2 Lot® certification that shows actual deposit chemistry and calculated ferrite number available online. It comes in a 10 lb hermetically sealed easy open can and should be used in accordance with SDS.
