Lincoln Electric® Lincore® 60-G Hardfacing Gas-Shielded Cored Welding Wire of .045" Dia is designed for automatic and semiautomatic welding. It is to be used on carbon, low alloy, manganese or stainless steels and produces deposit that resists metal-to-metal wear and mild abrasion. Wire features higher alloy levels than Lincore® 50 and can be used at temperatures up to 1300 deg F. Weld wire deposit results in a harder matrix material when used with bulk tungsten carbide process. Wire is used for welding in flat as well as horizontal positions and the deposit is limited to two layers. Wire deposit is virtually slag free and requires little cleaning. It is used for welding with recommended shielding gas mixture of 75% Argon and 25% CO2. Wire is suitable for hardfacing of augers, loaders, crane wheels, blower blades, bucket lips, dredge parts, tillage tools, chisel plows, skip guides, cams, tamper feet, extruder screws, shaper sides and blades
