- Featuring an extra coarse silicon carbide abrasive, the Merit Surface Strip SC coarse grit non-woven spindle-mounted disc wheel delivers outstanding cutting action, a great finish and outstanding durability. The resin bond helps reduce shedding, snagging and gouging that can lead to time-consuming reworks. The wheel leaves behind a clean surface, allowing paint and solder to adhere firmly. This wheel is an effective tool for use on wood, metal or plastic for coat removal applications.
