  • Lincoln Electric® Excalibur® 7018-1 MR® Carbon Steel Stick Electrode measuring 3/32" ideally designed for welding on steels with marginal weldability has square coating burn-off with magnificent arc performance to provide strong welds. It has comfortable slag removal characteristics with minimal spatter to increase operability and clean weld surface renders easy arc control. It has square coating burn-off for magnificent arc performance. Stick electrode has incredible impact toughness examined to -46 deg C. It renders a splendid clean weld puddle, uniform slag follow and magnificent wash-in without undercutting. It has easy strike and re-strike properties that complies with AWS A5.1/A5.1M, 2004 ASME SFA-A5.1 and ABS CWB/CSA W48-06 standards. It can be used with mild steel, process piping and pressure vessels, fill and cap pass welding of up to X65 grade, pipe power generation and petrochemical applications. It comes in a 50 lb easy to open can.
