  • Lincoln Electric® Excalibur® 7018-1 MR® Carbon Steel Stick Electrode measuring 1/8" is ideally designed for the occupations that require steels with poor weldability and has square coating burn-off with magnificent arc performance to provide strong welds. It has comfortable slag removal characteristics with minimal spatter to increase operability and clean weld surface renders easy arc control. Stick electrode has incredible impact toughness examined to -46 deg C. It has easy strike and re-strike properties that complies with AWS A5.1/A5.1M, 2004 ASME SFA-A5.1 and ABS CWB/CSA W48-06 standards. It can be use with mild steel, process piping and pressure vessels, fill and cap pass welding of up to X65 grade, pipe power generation and petrochemical applications. It comes in a 10 lb easy to open can.
