  • Lincoln Electric® Wearshield® Mangjet® 3/16" Dia X 14" Hard Facing Electrode comes in a 50 lb cardboard carton. Electrode is ideal to work harden in service with an austenitic manganese deposit. All welding positions electrode except vertical down comes with preheated unlimited layers with proper interpass temperatures and procedures for long lasting use. Electrode is resistant to severe impact and is perfect for developing austenitic manganese steel as well as cladding carbon steels. It finds applications in dipper teeth, crusher screens and rolls, chain hooks, hammers, bucket teeth, crawler track pads, sprockets and dragline pins.
