Item Details
- Lincoln Electric® Wearshield® ABR 3/16" Dia X 14" Hard Facing Electrode comes in a 10 lb cardboard carton and is resistant to abrasion, impact and some metal-to-metal wear. Electrode can be used on carbon, stainless and manganese steels. Versatile electrode offers good hot forging properties that will not affect its mechanical properties. It deposits limited to 2 layers and consists primary austenite with austenite-carbide eutectic. It is designed to weld in all positions and delivers higher resistance to spalling. It gives high operator appeal with slag removal design. It finds applications in crusher hammers, dozer blades, dipper teeth and lips, shovel tracks, coal mining cutters, truck chain and gears, plow shares and scraper blades, conveyor buckets and rolls.
