- Lincoln Electric® Wearshield® MI 5/32" Dia X 14" Hard Facing Electrode comes in a 10 lb cardboard carton and is wear-resistant surface of martensite along with significant retained austenite. Electrode can be used on carbon and low alloy steel parts. Limited 2 layers electrode has deposition which is used to cross check and is designed to weld in all positions excluding vertical down. Water resistant electrode provides resistant to metal-to-metal wear, average impact and mild abrasion. It finds applications in tractor grousers, ditcher teeth, lumber equipment, hammer mills, boom heels, conveyor screws, dipper lips, construction, earth moving equipment and agricultural equipment parts.
