  • Lincoln Electric® E10018-D2 H4R Excalibur® 10018-D2 MR® Low Alloy Low Hydrogen Steel Stick Electrode with 1/8" Dia is applicable in all welding positions except vertical down. These are capable of producing weld deposits that exceed 690 MPa (100 ksi) yield strength after 12 hrs at 635 deg C. This electrode is known for it's premium arc performance, easy strike and re-strike and effortless slag removal. A Q2 Lot® certificate showing actual deposit chemistry is available online and meets NACE MR0175/ISO15156-2 standards. These are typically used in process piping, chromium-molybdenum and other low alloy steels, including AISI 4130,4140, 8630 and ASTM A182 and A336 Grades F22, offshore and subsea components, carbon-manganese and other low alloy steels. Electrodes are available in an easy open hermetic can and weighs 50 lb approximately.
