- STOODY® Castweld™ 55 CTD 1/8" Dia X 14" Shielded Metal Arc Welding Electrode comes in a 10 lb VacPak and has good tolerance for the high phosphorus frequently found in cast iron to dissimilar metals. Electrode is ideal for joining or builds up of cast iron parts, engine blocks, pump housings and assorted castings. It can be used on worn cast iron parts that need build up or joining but not requiring tight dimensional control or machining.
