Item Details
- ESAB® Arcaloy® Stainless Steel Stick Electrode measuring 3/16" X 14" is specially designed to weld 316 and 316L type stainless steels where bead appearance is important. Heavy coated electrode produces a concave bead with minimal ripple and virtually self-cleaning slag. Electrode with molybdenum increases the resistance to pitting corrosion caused by corrosive media such as sulfuric and sulfurous acids, sulphites, chlorides and cellulose solutions. It finds application in general fabrication, food and beverage, railcars and ship/barge building industries. It is associated with E316-17/E316L-17 classification and meets CWB CSA W48, ASME II SFA A5.4 approvals. It comes in a 10 lb hermetically sealed can.
