  • BÖHLER Avesta RedOne™ 240 Spray Pickle Gel is used to restore larger stainless steel surface that has been damaged during fabrication operations, by welding, forming, cutting and blasting. Gel is ideal for heavy pickling to tough applications. It removes weld oxides, the underlying chromium depleted layer and other defects that may cause local corrosion. RedOne™ Pickling Spray 240 is developed to improve safety by reducing the nitric fumes created when pickling by 50%, without affecting the pickling process Improved pickling result, offers a brighter surface with less discoloration than classical products. Higher yield, decreased consumption, thanks to the visible red color and the free flowing consistency and superior adhesion, which increases the coverage.
